We’re really not tech people. Is this for us?

It’s exactly for you. You know how your business works; we take care of the technical side. If you can send a WhatsApp, you’re all set.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what we build. After an intro call (on us) you’ll get a simple, clear proposal. And we start small, so you can see it working before you commit to more.

What happens to our customers’ data?

It stays yours. It’s used only so the agent can work for you. We don’t sell it or share it, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Will the agent answer customers without us knowing?

Only if you want it to. By default it drafts and you approve. You can keep it that way forever.

Will it replace us?

No. It replaces the copy-pasting, the reminders and the chasing of receipts. The smile for the customer, the craft and the relationship stay with you.

Which tools does it work with?

Usually whatever you already use: WhatsApp, your calendar, your invoicing software, Google, Excel. You don’t need to change anything to get started.
